Hi there I have been researching the life & death stuff since I had a near death experience when I was ten in 1967. I have put some of the results on my website Goodcircles.com. I was very sceptical at first and did not believe in an afterlife. But I can conclude now that "There certainly is an existance for us all after we die as a spiritual energy sometimes called an orb" Scientists have been working on how the brain releases its energy by quantum physics when we die, or as they say "Give up the ghost" I hope my website helps you understand how it works, its not rocket science its just knowing that energy cannot be destroyed and moves on in time and space.
The poem below came into my head in January 2005 as I was waking up. I believe it was sent from above.

PLEASE DON’T FORGET,
BUT REMEMBER ME

YOU SEE LIFE STILL GOES ON,
BUT MORE HEAVENLY.

MY SPIRIT IS HERE NOW AND NOT
DOWN ON EARTH

WAITING FOR ANOTHER TIME
ANOTHER RE-BIRTH

I WALK WITH FRIENDS, JUST LIKE BEFORE

AND WE SEND OUT LOVE THROUGH
EVERY DOOR.

SO GIVE YOUR GOOD AND SEND YOUR LOVE

AND REMEMBER, THERE IS A HEAVEN ABOVE.

For all those who have ever lost someone special

And remember the spirit world not only watches what you do here on earth but also helps guide you through lifes journey,with life changing events turning up out of the blue or the either which effects fate and destiny,or right place right time. Earth is a big classroom and we must all learn lessons,mainly good and evil. Make sure you learn to be good or as they say "You will get your come-up-pence" When I used to do bad things when I was young I used to have bad things happen to me, and when I did good things nice things happened to me. I try and only do good things now and I am very lucky. Importantly "DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN LIFE" as your spirit could be trapped down here on earth, wait until it's your time,which the spirit world knows. We all get down from time to time but the trick is to fill your brain with nice happy thoughts or positive thinking. when you have lost a loved one cry as much as you can as this helps but think of all the good times you had with your loved ones and remember they will still be near you each day. You may experience their presence from time to time. A familiar smell which they had around them. I have meet and talked to many people who have seen their past loved ones at certain times. One stood infront of his wife as she was going to bed and said "You have left the back door unlocked" she went downstairs and checked and found it was unlocked" So therefore we can conclude our past loved ones are still looking after us even from the spirit world. I lost my mother in June 1988,due to cancer. I now know she is in a special place with my father. At first I found it hard to accept, but searching for how it all works, many strange and wonderful things happend I am sure an angel was helping me with my research for logical answers just came out of the blue.
Life is a path for us all to travel, but it's just part of the many lessons we all have to learn.
