Almost 58 yr. old Mother of two sons and one daughter. Grandmother of 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter. I work in an Emergency Room as a receptionist. Married for 37 yrs. I love sewing and love being with my family.

My DIL Stephanie was a wonderful and fantastic wife and mother. We couldn't have been more blessed than the day my son brought her home for us to meet. We had the best relationship, I couldn't have loved her more if I she had been born my own daughter. I was always bragging to others how lucky we were that she was such a FANTASTIC mother to our grandchildren. She was a VERY UNSELFISH woman.

She was killed by the actions of a drunk driver, while on her way EARLY to work on April 26th, 2008. The drunk driver was going the wrong way on Interstate 680 in Fremont, CA. We are still so devastated. I watch my son struggle to raise his 3 young sons without the love and guidance that he shared with his beautiful wife. I am doing everything I can to help him. Unfortunatgely, I realize it will never be enough. My oldest grandson is 14 now and the middle son is 11, with the baby now 3. It has been one year since we received that horrible call.
