I am married, mother of two sons, one living and one in Heaven. I support others who are living with grief such as myself. I also do art mostly clay sculptures as a therapy and have kept busy on memorial sites helping others. I keep physical by exercising daily and eating right. I am Catholic and have faith in God to keep me strong through this challenging and worst loss (loss of a child) a person can be dealt. My spirituality has become very strong since my 25 yr. old son's passing. I know that his soul is alive and is always with me guiding me until we are reunited together again, along with all our other loved ones who have passed, in Heaven.

Illness, Natural Causes

Even though I have had many losses of loved ones in my life, my worst loss is the loss of my 25 year old son who recently passed away almost 4 years ago from natural causes/heart failure as it is stated on his autopsy even though it is still very questionable. My life is changed forever because as a parent, since loosing my son, I have lost a part of myself.
