He was my eldest son, had a fantastic sense of humour and was completely let down by the team who were supposed to be caring for him. He died aged 27 from Graft vs Host Disease after a bone marrow transplant for Leukaemia. He was my best friend and I am in pain without him. I want and need him but he would hate me to be depressed so some how I go on. He loved cars and particularly BMW's.
