I am a 23 year old female who has recently lost her father due to murder.My father was stabbed by his ex-girlfriends schizophrenic 19 year old son. My father was a very good, loving man who did not deserve this destiny. The 19 year old boy is being charged with 2nd degree murder, he is fit for trial, but more psychological examinations are being held currently. I have so much anger towards that whole family, and I am angered with people who could have helped this boy with his mental illness, and therefore my father would be alive. If anyone has gone through something similiar please message me, I would really like to talk to someone who has any idea about losing a parent in a violent way. My mother committed suicide back in 1996. She was bi-polar, and I have grieved her death, I was 9 when she died. My father was always there for his three girls, and now we're grown up, but I am grieving my mother all over again, along with my father's passing. Thank you for reading this.

I am seeking some support from others who have gone through similiar situations. My father passed away in December 2009. My mother passed away in February 1996.
