Afterlife Communication

Hi Hugh

When my son committed suicide in the early hours of the morning 25 Nove 2009), at 9.10am his door opened by itself (no wind) and I thought he was up and still called his name. Exactly a week later, on the day of the funeral my sons watch stopped at 2.15am. Is this all coincidence?

Clocks and watches stopping when someone dies are suprisingly common - it is mentioned in some detail by Peter Fenwick ( A Neuropsychologist) in his book The Art of Dying, and he says that it is hard to simply put these phenomenon down to coincidence. That, and the door opening would suggest to me that your son has chosen a gentle way of letting you know he is ok.

I have sensed a few times that my deceased husband is around. One experience is, shortly after he died 4 years ago, I walked in the kitchen, the light went on. I walked in the bathroom, the light went on. I walked in the bedroom the light went on. I had not touched the light switches. My husband loved to joke so I know that was one way of his communciation. Shortly after he died also, I felt this arm and hand over me while I was on the computer. It was a warm, comforting feeling. I've also heard some small noises around the computer after the computer is shut right down. A few times since his passing, the volume of my television went really loud. I was in the other room when I heard this. I had to go turn the volume down. Even while on the phone with my family, the phone has gone dead for a brief minute. Shortly after that, I phoned my telephone company and asked why that happened. They could not explain and said that if it happens again to let them know. I also had an experience a few months ago when a lid to my jug was flapping. I watched it for almost two minutes. I know it was my husband doing that. I've also had several dreams since his passing. One of the best dreams I had when we were both face to face and he kissed me on the lips and then I woke up. I was so happy about that dream.
My mother passed away this past December. A few weeks I dreamt of her in a casket and she said to me , "I'm not gone yet" then she said right after "I'm going". I knew that I had accepted and was at peace that she was dying. She had terminal colon cancer and died of a heartache December 19th (2009). Prior to her being in the hospital, I had released her and told her she could go and leave this earth. I know that is the most loving gesture when one is dying and telling her it was okay. Since I was a child, my mother had always told me that the deceased loved ones are always with us. I truly believe that.

I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY CONTACT FROM MY HUSBAND (HE PASSED AWAY 16 MONTHS AGO)
AND I KNOW THE BIBLE SAYS THAT TO BE ABSENT FROM THE BODY IS TO BE PRESENT WITH THE
LORD. I AM NOT EXPECTING ANY KIND OF CONTACT FROM HIM BUT I DO FEEL THAT I AM PROTECTED
AND THAT SOMEONE IS LOOKING AFTER ME. I NEED THIS AS I FEEL THAT I HAVE A HOLE WHERE
MY HEART USED TO BE. GOOD LUCK WITH YOU ENDEAVOR. LADY ROADRUNNER

I have had a number of communications from my mom, the first being just a few minutes after she died when she spoke to me in front of the hospice nurse. She has come to me in dreams (I blogged about a few of them on this site), through objects appearing out of nowhere, through songs coming on the stereo even though I was listening to a different CD, through her perfume suddenly taking over the house, and through significant things happening every month on the anniversary of her death. I am very interested in your research!

Please have a look at my research site into life and death and other mysteries www.Goodcircles.com
I had a near death experience when I was ten so I know there is an after life for us all.
Take care
